General Responsibilities

  • Shepherds leaders and students within their ministries, especially of their same gender.

  • Executes program and recruits leaders to fill needed roles.

  • Carries Central responsibilities for events.

Job requirements

Lead and carry out the mission of Grace Church in the ministry of Students’ at the designated campus. Lead, develop and support Students’ staff and volunteers to execute Students’ services and events.
