Job description

Discipleship & Groups

  • Manage the Discipleship & Groups events calendar.

  • Proactively plan and execute Discipleship & Groups events, including Foundations and Group launches.

  • Attend meetings relating to Discipleship & Groups.

  • Attend Weekly Discipleship & Groups meetings.

Care & Recovery

  • Provide Administrative support for Pelham Care & Recovery ministries and programs.

    • Assist with communication, scheduling, materials, and other needs related to Care Groups and their leaders and participants.

    • Coordinate Administrative and logistical needs for Care & Recovery leader meetings and trainings.

    • Assist with meals, room reservations, supplies, and materials for ministry events.

    • Maintain ministry information, attendance, participant records, and groups in Rock.

  • Attend Care & Recovery meetings and provide Administrative support for ministry planning.

Re:Gen Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly Re:Gen logistics, including room setup, meals, resources, and announcements.

  • Manage Re:Gen supplies, books, materials, and inventory.

  • Maintain Re:Gen attendance, leader and mentor lists, participant information, and ministry resources.

    • Coordinate details for Re:Gen closed-group launches, trainings, and graduations.

  • Communicate important dates, expectations, and information to leaders, participants, mentors, and staff.

  • Support Re:Gen leaders with ongoing communication and administrative needs.

Job requirements

The Pelham Discipleship & Groups Administrator provides Administrative and organizational support to the Pelham Discipleship & Groups ministry, helping the team stay organized, plan ahead, and execute ministry events effectively. This role works closely with the Pelham Discipleship & Groups Pastor and team, campus staff, and volunteers to support the ministry’s ongoing rhythms and create environments where people can connect, grow, and engage in biblical community.
