Job requirements

This role serves as the primary shepherding elder and executive leader of the campus, guiding staff, leaders, and the congregation in carrying out Grace Church's mission and vision.

We are looking for someone who shepherds people with care, develops healthy staff and leaders, and equips the body to do the ministry work laid out in Ephesians 4. You provide spiritual oversight, lead with clarity and purpose, and build a culture where people grow as disciples and actively participate in ministry.

This role calls for someone who takes ownership, leads with initiative, and lives under the authority of Scripture in alignment with the biblical definition of eldership.
